The 2024 Kia Sorento is an incredible mid-size SUV with some models that can seat up to seven passengers. Check out the highlight features of each trim to see which one suits you.

The 2024 Sorento has eight trim levels and two powertrain options. The LX and S models have a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an output of 191 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. All other models (EX through X-Pro SX Prestige AWD) are equipped with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which has an output of 281 horsepower and 311 lb-ft of torque.

All models come with idle stop-and-go engine technology to maximize the fuel efficiency of this incredible SUV. Each Sorento also has selectable driving modes for Comfort, Sport, Eco, and Smart, which automatically adjusts the powertrain performance to match your driving habits.

LX

The LX comes with a blind spot collision warning with parallel exit, which will alert the driver if there is an approaching vehicle in the Sorento's blind spot and will even emit a warning when the SUV exits a parallel parking spot. This model also has forward collision avoidance with programming that detects oncoming vehicles during junction turns, cyclists, and pedestrians.

S

Rear and front park distance warning is standard for the S trim. This feature will emit an audible warning if there is an obstacle detected when you park the SUV so you can avoid bumper damage.

EX

This model comes with navigation-based smart cruise control, which works by using maps to predict road curves and automatically adjust the speed of your vehicle upon entering and exiting a curve.

X-Line EX AWD

This trim has flexible seating with 50/50 folding second-row seats and third-row seats. The second-row seats have a one-touch sliding and folding function so you can adjust the seat configuration at the push of a button.

SX

The SX trim has advanced technology like a driver attention warning system with leading vehicle departure alert, which simultaneously monitors driving behaviors to detect distracted driving and emits a sound when the vehicle ahead accelerates after stopping.

X-Line SX AWD

This model is outfitted with an expansive panoramic sunroof with a convenient power sunshade to block the sun and keep the cabin cool. Standard solar control glass reduces the intensity of summer heat.

X-Line SX Prestige AWD

This model comes with Highway Driving Assist 2, a feature that analyzes highway information and offers steering, acceleration, and lane changing assistance to improve highway driving experience.

X-Pro SX Prestige AWD

The highest trim level has a 14-way power-adjustable driver's seat with two-way thigh extension and four-way lumbar support so you can settle in for long drives in comfort. Heated and ventilated front seats are standard for this model, along with heated second-row outboard seats so your backseat passengers can be comfortable in the winter.

No matter your lifestyle, the Sorento has a trim that is designed to make your life easier and your driving experience stress-free. Test drive your favorite trims at Burns Kia in Orangeburg, SC.
